Great Location: The hotel is situated near a famous landmark and offers fine views. It's a key location for exploring the city.
Outdated Furniture: Some of the furniture in the rooms appeared to be quite old and in need of an upgrade.

The coffee shop location is perfect, close to everything in the city center and near good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and professional, accommodating client requests. The breakfast was decent, not as extensive as other Rotana hotels, but good enough to start the day.
The room was a bit noisy sometimes, which made it difficult to sleep well.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just across the street from the corniche where there are many restaurants to choose from. The staff was super friendly, and I appreciated the room service and laundry facilities. The pool and spa were also fantastic and very relaxing.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

Stayed in a room with a great sea view. Had an issue with the shower gel on arrival but it was fixed immediately, making the housekeeping service excellent. a wonderful stay. Recommended.

From the friendly front desk staff, including Mr Joe and the two Nours, to the amazing lifeguard Mr Samah, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. The location was also convenient, with easy access to everything in the city, including the beautiful sea and street. the staff were always willing to help with transportation, and the hotel facilities were spotlessly clean.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Free room upgrade and breathtaking view. Polite and helpful staff, especially at reception and breakfast. Well-equipped gym and daily housekeeping check-ins. Delicious Turkish coffee served during breakfast by attentive staff member.
